- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK/AUS markets) through different channels like Upwork, Linkedin, Guru
- Responsible for Bidding, client response, follow up, bid preparation, bid analysis.
- Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of bids and responding to RFI, RFPs/tenders etc
- Preparing document for the development team and Client (Project scope) like Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ documentation
- Should be expert in drafting and delivering presentation to international client, having researched their business and requirement.
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
- Able to communicate with clients and prepare convincing write ups/messages.
Required Candidate profile
- Expertise Required on: RFP, RFI, Bid Management, customer centric proposals, lifecycle of bids
- At least 2-5 years of solid Bid management and pre-sales experience in IT companies
- Must be knowledge of Bidding.(Mobile app /Web Development/IOT)
- Good understanding of deal commercials and pricing approaches on outsourcing deals.
- Must have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/IoT technologies trending today.
- Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 PA.
