Finoit is looking for a HR Executive with full recruitment cycle experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interview and hire great employees.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Naukri and other portals.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Proactively sourcing and building a network of passive candidates, building up the talent pipeline and mapping list.
Using your expertise and innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network, evaluate, and ultimately hire top talent.
Leveraging social media, existing employees and professional networks to increase the pool of potential candidates.
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Manage the on-boarding formalities
Assisting in attendance management, MIS, Documentation, various other HR process.
Required Candidate profile
Must have 2-3 Years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
Hands on experience with various selection processes (telephonic interviews, reference check, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 PA.
