- Set-up right processes to ensure results while managing global compliances
- Devise email campaign plans, manage various campaigns and unsubscribe lists
- Set-up processes to maintain campaign hygiene
- Recruit, manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives team
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives performance
- Run email campaigns and generate allocated number of leads as per assigned quota
- Build funnels of sales qualified leads.
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- 5-8 years of experience in demand/lead generation via inside sales processes inr software and IT services domain
- Thorough understanding of insides sales and email campaign processes.
- Hands on experience in crafting good sales cadence and prompters.
- Must be well versed with how to maintain email delivery, spam reports and domain health.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
