Job Description

Finoit is looking for a presales manager preferably with a technical background with thorough understanding of web and mobile technologies and hands-on product development experience.


Job Description

  • Collaborate with the business development team in on calls with prospects to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions for web application development and app development(Consumer and enterprise) services.

  • Work with prospects to gather and understand the requirements, prepare high-level requirement documents(If not available) and share with the business analysis team for making user-stories.

  • Review user-stories and after discussion with prospects, and manage estimation process, Evaluate costs (man/days) and budgeting and project risks.

  • Proposal development, review and feedback incorporation, competitive positioning, pricing/ commercial decisions.

  • Preparation of technical & Commercial proposal for the proposed products/Services and Design new solutions as per customer requirement.

  • Work with sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities on a weekly basis, and manage/update CRM

  • Prepare sales collaterals (e.g. Presentation, Proposals, Case Studies, White Papers , Cost sheet and Product Brochures) about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales & marketing department.

Required Candidate profile

Desired Experience and Skill

  • 3-8 years of experience in pre-sales of software services.

  • Highly skilled in preparing proposals, providing resourcing estimates, and budgets and recommending the best solution practices.

  • Should be technical by background with experience in software development, experience in Backend Development and/or Solution Architect preferred.

  • Should understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.

  • Highly skilled in Client Interaction, Presentations and Demonstrations to Clients as part of the pre-Sales process.

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 15,00,000 PA.
