- One POINT of contact to build Tender/BID/RFP docket of documents, Reports.
- Managing Bids\Proposals\RFP\RFI responses in the North American market.
- Prepare Bid Plan, Proposal Strategy and assist in making updates, clarifications, and additions to the proposal.
- Creation & review of cost models, SOWs, response to RFI/RFP, contracts etc. for large and complex deals.
- Ensuring that the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid are effectively pulled together from all parts of the business.
- Review and revise documents prepared and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document.
- Determine the scope and timeline of new bids. Lead and coordinate the preparation of the bid ensuring that other contributors provide information on time to the correct standard answering the clients needs.
- Management of all aspects of the bid process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Optimize cost and maximize effectiveness and efficiency in winning new customer contracts by collaborating with various stakeholders for solutioning and pricing.
- Work with Sales, understand Win strategy, challenges and drive execution of a winning strategy.
- Supporting the team for creation of a win plan with market and competitive intelligence.
- initiates & owns meetings related to the bid (Kick-offs & Review meetings)
- Giving presentation to Clients about the Product/Services. Handling online Webinars and Demo to give product tour for prospective clients.
- Doing regular market research to provide updates to the team and come up with new strategies for implementation.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.

- MBA with technology background
- Pre-sales / bid management experience in North American market with RFP review, completing the compliance documents, creation & review of cost models, SOWs, response to RFI/RFP, contracts, and proposal documentation etc. as the key KRAs
- Expert in E-Tendering, Preparing Bid Proposals, handling Pre-bid Queries/Attending Pre Bid Meetings, Coordination with Clients/ Government authorities, cost Analysis, Estimates and Progress Reports
- Working experience with Global Sales and environment
- Experience securing large contracts
