Business Development Manager – IT company
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking to hire an accomplished and experienced business manager with proven experience in generating business and winning new logos in IT services space(Bespoke software solutions) in the North American market.
KRA will be-
Researching and prospecting the decision-makers in the target segment and territory using various methods and tools
Define and follow a thorough qualification process to evaluate if the targeted accounts fit the services profile of Finoit
Perform cold outreach via email or other social tools, follow the right sales cadence
Generate interest and set-up appointments for pre-sales team
Participate in initial discussion and drafting proposals with the help of the technical team
Manage assigned team members
Achieve personal and team sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
Funnel and CRM management
Required Candidate profile
4 - 8 years of experience in the business development of software development services.
High level of proficiency in written and spoken English, and drafting proposals.
Should understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying service offerings and associated knowledge to meet those needs.
Should be open to UK or US shift
CTC: 10-15 lakhs/Year + Bonuses
