We are a software product engineering company that builds scalable software and mobility products for startups and top-tier SMBs with ‘Project Success’ as the key focus. Our primary model is staff augmentation and project-based engagements.


We are looking for a sales leader with proven experience and expertise in driving revenue growth as an individual contributor as well as building and managing high performing B2B sales team. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through revenue and profitability growth while forging strong relationships with customers.



Roles and Responsibilities


As an individual contributor-

  • Relationship building, prospecting, and building a strong funnel
  • Meeting top-line quota

As a sales leader-
  • Build, nurture and manage a competitive, growth-oriented sales team
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
  • Building a sales framework that can be replicated across the organization
  • Devising sales quotas, incentive plans and ensuring that quotas are met
  • Own the team, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of SDRs and inside sales reps.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and plan realistic forecasts
  • Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve the inbound funnel

Desired Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years of experience driving growth for IT/software companies from the North American market
  • Must have good knowledge of technology services, software development lifecycle, and sales practices in the IT industry
  • Must have prior experience in building and managing high performing inside sales and SDR teams
  • Should be an individual contributor as well as a sales team leader.
  • Excellent listening and English written and communications skills, and negotiation skills to close/win deals.
